Introducing our SweetHearts from the Memphis Tennessee area!!
Making #LoveWins History
Tenetra & Jai
Their DATING ANNIVERSITY is July 27th, 2017
Engaged since MARCH 25TH, 2017. Jai proposed at their home.
What would you like for our audience about you as a couple?
We met (On Facebook😊) after both going through a rough relationship patch. We were both scared in the beginning but our instant bond would not break. What started out as a long distance relationship has turned into the greatest story untold.
Who is planning? Whose hands are the decisions in?
We both will plan with the help of OUR cousin Jada
Have you decided on a honeymoon? How many guests? Private wedding? Small/Large? Romantic? Nontraditional?
We want something small and intimate. We both know a lot of people, but have few friends. We are thinking about a private destination wedding and then a celebration/reception in Memphis.
What makes you too so solid?
Our communication. From day one we were honest with each other and open. There is nothing that an outsider could tell me (Tenetra) about Jai that would be unknown, and vice versa.
Another thing that I feel helped was that since July 27,2014 Jai has referred to me as FAMILY. I’ve never had this in a relationship. From that day we have been family and have placed each other first.
Where do you see yourselves 10 years from now?
Living in a different state, raising a growing family, HAPPY!
What are your favorite places to visit, travel, eat?
We both love music, the beach, bacon, crab legs and sushi!
Advice to newly dating couples?
Take it one day at a time, and be patient with each other. Become friends first and let the rest follow.
Have you decided on last name options?
I, Tenetra, will take her last name.
Summarize your concept of a solid relationship to our audience?
Communication and trust are everything. Without either the relationship will not last or be healthy. Never let someone else dictate HOW slow or fast you two should move. Instead follow your HEART while being smart. Your mate should be your best friend. When you have good news she should be the first person you think to tell. And when something has you down, her shoulder should be the one you lean on. No one should be a bigger cheerleader for her than you! Be respectful to one another and LISTEN. If your mate voices concerns or issues to you take them seriously and take action. Do not allow outsiders to cause friction in your home. Be it friends, family members or even ex’s. If they are causing issues and don’t respect the relationship then they don’t respect you and should not be around. And my last bit of advice, show her the role that you want her to play in your life, by being the role that you want to be in hers.
PRIDEBUZZ would like to congratulate these two!!! Share your love because finally #LoveWins
